What services do you offer?
Tindle Handyman Co. provides a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement services. This includes things like drywall repair, painting and touch-ups, trim and door adjustments, fixture and hardware installation, minor carpentry, deck and fence repairs, caulking and sealing, and general home maintenance projects. We also are able to assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels. If you’re not sure whether your project fits, just reach out — We are happy to talk it through with you.

Do you handle small jobs, or only larger projects?
Absolutely — small jobs are actually what we do best. Whether it’s a single repair or a short list of things you’ve been meaning to fix around the house, we’re happy to help. We also take on medium-sized projects, but we’re especially built for homeowners who need reliable help with those “too small for a contractor, too big for DIY” jobs. For anything short of a full “down-to-the-studs” remodel, we are here to serve you.

Do you work on commercial properties or only residential?
The majority of our work is focused on residential homes, but we also take on select small commercial projects such as offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and rental properties. We’re actively working toward offering ongoing commercial maintenance plans in the near future as well. If you have a commercial project in mind, feel free to reach out and we can see if it’s a good fit.

Do you offer seasonal or preventative maintenance?
Yes — We offer seasonal and preventative maintenance services to help homeowners stay ahead of repairs and avoid bigger problems later. This can include things like weatherproofing, caulking, checking doors and windows, inspecting decks and fences, and addressing small issues before they become costly ones. We can set you up on a recurring maintenance program to stay ahead of all of your home's seasonal or preventative maintenance needs.

How do I book and estimate or request service?
Booking is easy. You can request service by filling out the contact form on the website, sending a text, or giving us a call. We will reach out to learn more about your project, answer any questions you have, and schedule a time to come take a look if needed.

Yes — and we will always be honest about it. We’ll walk through your options with you and help you understand whether a repair makes sense or if replacement would be the better long-term solution. Our goal is to help you make the decision that’s best for your home, not just the one that creates the biggest job.

Do you install customer-purchased items?
Yes, we’re happy to install items you’ve already purchased — things like light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, shelves, and hardware. We’ll make sure everything is installed safely, properly, and according to manufacturer recommendations.
